Hide computer start menu and only show redirected

How can I show the redirected start menu and hide all the local menu?

 

I can see the redirected so I know it's working. Just showing the local programs as well.

Do you mean the modern apps like People, Feedback Hub, Connect etc?

 

You need to remove them from your image. I use MDT and use this script

Although some apps can't be removed, so you can block them using applocker so they cant be opened.
