Hap Issue

Got an issue with HAP with one user, the head, where she gets the following after log on:

 

"an item with the same key has already been added"

 

All others users appear to be fine.

Is there anything being logged into Event Viewer when the error shows up?

I don't know if you've had a resolution for this, but we had the same issue yesterday and when I checked the config file wwwroot\HAP\App_Data\hapconfig.xml it showed that there were more than one drive with the same letter or number, changed them so that there's only one of each and all sorted. Funnily enough it was our head too.

Managed to sort this in the end- i also went into the hap config file and had multiple drives of the same letter. deleted them all and it started working perfectly again!
