First Recent Attempt At Mandatory Profiles Not Working - Help!

The steps noted in Code:/Full Instructions with win 10 (Anniversary-1607) E 64 bit are not working for me. I get a permission denied when attempting to import back the registry values into the NTUSER.MAN hive.

Sorry, not sure I quite follow could you explain a little more? When do you get the permission denied error?
