Eclipse.net Firewall Ports

Hello

Does anyone else who has Eclipse.net installed on their local network have port 6001 open on their firewall?

We've only just recently been having some issues with eclipse, having been running it now for 5+ years, and I have been advised that I need to open Port 6001 for teh Groupcall Xport job to run successfully as it is failing.

 

Does everyone else who has eclipse have this port open, or is it something they have recently changed, as I have been advised that apparently it is on their set filter/firewall exceptions list, but we have never had it in place.

 

Just want this confirming if possible.

Hi, from what I remember the xporter uses port 6000, port 6001 is for SIP2. What error are you getting?
