[ms office - 2016] Customised Ribbon

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm trying to deploy a customised ribbon to our office staff on Office 2016. It had been working in Office 2013 but doesnt seem to work in Office 2016. I have the customised file exported but how can i deploy it?
