[mdt] ADK10 Installer...not installing

Hi All, I'm having some issues getting the ADK10 installer to run. When double clicking (or even right-click run as administrator), I get the blue n white splash screen appear for a split-second and then it just goes away and nothing happens. I don't even get any idle tasks/processes showing in task manager or "tasklist" via CMD.

 

I can't see anything obvious in event viewer. Could someone give me any ideas as to where to look to figure out why it's not running?

 

FYI, it's Server 2012R2, MDT 2013 Update 2 installs perfectly with no errors!

Is this the 1511 ADK?

Are you running the installer from a network or local drive?

 

Have you already downloaded all of the ADK installer files?

Had the problem once when it was an online installer, however since downloading a copy of it locally it runs (and continues to) run fine off a network share, not even off a mapped drive.

 

Try running it off another machine, downloading the content to a shared folder and then re-running the installer on the device your planning to install the software onto?
