Outlook 2016 - Exchange Cached Mode Issue With Shared Mailbox

Hi,

 

We are running Office 365 with Outlook 2016. We cache mailboxes for 6 months, if the user wants older messages they press "Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange" and they can see messages older than 6 months.

 

However this button seems to be missing on shared mailboxes, but it appears in the primary mailbox just fine.

 

Any ideas please?

I changed the cached period slider in the profile in mail (control panel) to show all for me.
