Role Description

 

• Perform 3rd Line support duties and be the final point of escalation for the business.
  
• To lead projects where necessary and deliver them on customer premises when required.
  
• Drive the business forward technically with innovative strategy
  
• Work outside of normal working hours when required.
  

Key Technical skills

 

• Windows Server 2008/2012 – Active Directory, Group Policy, migrations etc
  
• SQL 2008/2012
  
• Exchange 2010/16, multi –database environments
  
• Hyper-V/Vmware Virtualisation - installation and support
  
• HP Networking skills such as Vlan config/failover setup
  
• HP Server & SAN hardware

Required experience:

 

• Must have experience with HyperV or VM Ware in a multi-host/central storage fail over environment: 2 years
