Ruckus not prompting to login or enter guestpass after joining SSID

I have just updated our zone director 3000 to the latest firmware and now our wireless networks do not automatically come up with the captive portal or redirect to the guest pass screen when users join the SSID.

 

They have to manually type in the zone director IP to get the login page.

 

Has anyone else had this?
