kparkes93 Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Hi Currently trying to figure out a solution to this: Our ipads are used by many many users within a subject, we have a site wide 365 license, which means we can use the iOS apps. Now, in the office apps, you have to sign in to your account to get all the functionality and onedrive linking. So, if a student takes out an iPad and they sign into all the office apps and then hands it back, the next person to use will then have access to their 365 account and also their onedrive account. Preventing account changes in the restrictions doesn't prevent this either. Has anyone got any suggestions about this? Obviously this wouldn't be a problem if the device was only being used by one person, but there doesn't appear to be an immediate solution for devices being used by multiple users. Would be a shame for students to loose access to this service on iPads if this cant be done.
Brimstone Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 You will have to teach students to log out of their One Drive account on the iPad when they are finished... https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Use-OneDrive-on-iOS-08d5c5b2-ccc6-40eb-a244-fe3597a3c247?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
