  1. Hi Currently trying to figure out a solution to this: Our ipads are used by many many users within a subject, we have a site wide 365 license, which means we can use the iOS apps. Now, in the office apps, you have to sign in to your account to get all the functionality and onedrive linking. So, if a student takes out an iPad and they sign into all the office apps and then hands it back, the next person to use will then have access to their 365 account and also their onedrive account. Preventing account changes in the restrictions doesn't prevent this either. Has anyone got any suggestions about this? Obviously this wouldn't be a problem if the device was only being used by one person, but there doesn't appear to be an immediate solution for devices being used by multiple users. Would be a shame for students to loose access to this service on iPads if this cant be done.
  2. Im assuming it does? else AC2 wouldn't pick it up? Ive been having this issue since way before 9.3 came out, it used to do it even when iOS8 came out. So dont think its to do witht iOS release If i didnt have so many devices already under supervison etc... then i would just wipe OSX and start fresh, but then whats the stop the same issue again happening down the road? :/
  3. Isnt locked to an Apple ID. Only ID signed in is the one where the VPP apps are assigned to. which is just "[email protected]" So that shouldn't be causing an issue :/
  4. Yes, originals from the box
  5. Was a freshly downloaded iOS this morning, as I said, its an issue I've been experiencing since AC1 I have just tried with two different devices, one running iOS 9 and the other running 8 and the same occurs
  6. Yes, cleared off all pending updates yesterday (including OS X too)
  7. Also once its stuck on installing iOS, you can't get out of AC unless you force quit.....
  8. Hi all Using apple configurator 2, and keep getting stuck on Installing iOS when i try to setup/restore a device (iPad 2) It used to do this in AC1, but i found i was able to get past it by just manually erasing the iPad and it would then prepare the device as it should. Obviously that solution isn't very good when you have 20+ iPads to set up/update Anybody got any suggestions?
  9. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the linx 10's? you can update to the 1511 update perfectly fine if your running windows 10 home and it all does it as it should. But if your running Enterprise/Education, it wont pick it up through Windows update, it will pick up every other update apart from the 1511 one? I have tried forcing it over the top with a 1511 education iso, however it appeared to cause issues withe keyboard and the rotation lock? where it was permanently stuck in portrait mode and the rotation lock is grayed out. i have both the first edition of the Linx 10 and also the latest Linx 1010 and both experience similar issues. Any suggestions?
