2^nd and 3^rd Line Support Technicians – Peterborough and Surrounding *URGENT*

Salary up to £25,000-30,000 depending on experience plus benefits – Contract and Perm

 

We are currently looking for strong 2^nd and 3^rd Line Support Technicians with experience of supporting IT in schools and colleges.

 

You will be required to provide IT support for the benefit of teaching, learning, administration and management, including managing issues, delegating work to technicians and carrying out regular maintenance.

 

You will also need to have the ability to work on your own and within a team.

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

· Experience of Microsoft Server/Workstation operating systems and AV equipment

· Knowledge of SIMS, Google Apps and experience of internet filtering, network security, LANS, WANS and wireless

· Microsoft certification (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP)

· Details knowledge of both ICT specific and general H&S issues

· Knowledge of switches and hubs
