Yes, very good company and support if you take the Ricoh models, however, they got blown right out of the water when we went to Ricoh direct.

We are. They are very good but it is worth getting quotes from elsewhere to push their prices down.

If employed via a framework agreement like Crescent, all well and good. The small print in their own contracts is awful.

We still work with them and refer to them as Alto! Didn't realise this is a decade old, and now I can't delete it
