SMART software not launching in Windows 10!

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I reinstalled all the smart software. When i go to launch any of the software i get the following message: "The program failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect."

 

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix this?
