SMART LightRaise 60Wi2 Issue when using pen

Hi,

 

Yesterday we had a report that one of our SMART boards were not working in one of our maths rooms. We went to have a look and it appears that a student has stuck a sticker onto the mirror. This was coursing issue such as the pen was highlighting the board and double writing. We have successfully removed the sticker and cleaned the mirror and the highlighting issue has been sorted but we are still having trouble with the pen double writing.

 

Does anyone have a clue into why this is happening? It looks like there is no physical damaged as of what I can see but other than that on the right hand side of the only does the double writing.
