Admin Account Stops Apps

Hey all,

 

We rarely give our teachers local admin access, but we have a few teachers that run programs that require it. With Windows 10, of they are a local admin it blocks the opening of Windows Apps (calculator, photos, video, edge, etc).

 

Is there a way to override the block? We understand the safety reason for the block, but understand the risk and it doesn't matter us.
