Windows 7 Updates failing

Got a slight problem.

 

Released some updates about 2 weeks ago and most of the computers have downloaded and installed fine.

 

Got some computers that have installed on shutdown restarted and now failed and reverting changes. This takes about 30-45mins.

 

Any reason why i got some computers failing updates

Had a similar issue - found that installing KB947821 did the trick.
