Automatically add username and activedirectory headins to a document when opened

Hi all,

 

I want a document to add the username and department and other pieces of information in active directory. I would prefer this to be automatic but it could be via Macro, does anyone have any idea how to achieve this my Google is not coming up with much.

Have you got any print credit software?

 

I have papercut and you can get that to watermark it with username, might me able to get it to pull through department info as it has department fields in papercut?

Impero can add Date, Time, Username and Computer name to each printed page if you're using pCredit.

We have been using papercut for around 2 years now and I have never noticed you could do this feature.

 

I have just enabled it on a selected few printers and it works really well. Fully recommend using papercut.
