We have exciting opportunities to join our IT Services team and play a key role contributing towards the on-going support, maintenance, design, development and management of our IT Services. At National Star we are continuing to expand both our IT services and the geographic locations we serve. To ensure we can deliver exceptional standards of support to all our users, we are seeking to invest in experienced people to join our IT Services team and remain at the forefront of developments in the industry.

 

We are seeking a full time, highly skilled technical IT Service Desk Manager, to manage the daily operations of a busy IT Service Desk and develop it to ensure a customer centric approach is taken. You will be a motivated leader and team member, able to model excellent practice and develop colleagues to do the same, as well as being a flexible problem solver in a busy and demanding context. In addition, you will possess exceptional technical knowledge, providing 3rd line troubleshooting across the breath of IT Services, including; virtual server, storage and network infrastructures, servers, estates services, clients and applications. If you have a resolution focused approach, are enthusiastic, customer focused, have exceptional 3rd line technical knowledge and the ability to think innovatively and progressively, then please get in touch.

 

This role is based at Cheltenham but will require flexibility and ability to travel to our other sites.
