Group call said they write the exporter for all providers and it will protect the existing jobs. Running the installer will update if required and add an additional job the new provider.

I'm pretty sure that's what happened with my setup, but it's useful for their support to take a look after. I think there was a new API key or something that needed adding so they picked up both bits of info.

When we added a new CPOMS job to our groupcall software, we were provided with a customised installer for the Groupcall Xporter itself. If it found you already had the program then it just added the CPOMS as extra job to the current layout. If you didn't have Xporter installed then it would install that for you first, then add the job. I'm assuming from the above that Groupcall wrote the installer for them so they could distribute it to customers.
