Griffin Multidock Problem.

Hi everyone, I don't know if you can help me. We have just purchased a series of Multi-docks from Griffin and some iPad Mini 4 devices. We are finding that every single one of these charging docks seems to have problems charging the mini 4. The box we have states that these charging units are revision G if that helps anyone to compare there own experience.

 

Below is a picture of the dock in error mode, has anyone seen this problem before. Griffin helpfully have no phone number that is in the UK to call but I don't see any reason why these docks would not work on the mini 4 when it works on other devices.

 

When we turn it off and reset it it will work for a few moments before the charging light goes red again and stops providing power on the port. Strangely its not port specific and appears to happen randomly on different ports at different times.

Did you ever have any luck with s one? Got a problem as well with Ipad 4s and we have to keep restarting it.

The iPad4 charger is 12 Watts all the other iPads are 10 Watts. I think the extra current draw is being detected and the port shut down.
