Windows 10 Desktop Image

Hi everyone

 

I am currently working on a Windows 10 image and had trouble setting the desktop wallpaper through group policy. After disabling the policy that prevents users from changing the desktop image, it now works but is there another way to stop them from changing the desktop? Or am I just doing something silly?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
