Google chrome pac not working unless switch used.

Chrome on one Windows 8.1 machine is not reading the proxy pac correctly unless Chrome.exe --winhttp-proxy-resolver swtich is used? Chrome has been reinstalled this is all user any suggestion?

It's a bug in Chrome 51...

A workaround is to use the --disable-out-of-process-pac command-line parameter on the shortcut.

set it to disable achieves the same thing.
