Assistant System Manager – South West London

Up to £27,500 dependent on experience

 

 

Our client, an academy status secondary school, are looking for an experienced Assistant System Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will assist in providing an efficient and effective ICT service to staff and pupils throughout the school.

 

Your role will be to assist in the delivery of ICT resources, support the development of the schools ICT infrastructure, contribute towards the maintenance of the schools network infrastructure, assist in the production of the schools ICT and network resource plan, and support the effective operation of the schools MIS system.

 

Required Skills and Experience

· Knowledge and experience of Windows based networks and operating systems within a school environment

· Management and support of SQL servers

· Management of SIMS

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing networks

· Ability to run cable and Wi-Fi to extend networks

· Experience with AV equipment (interactive whiteboards, projectors, printers etc)
