EE Contact email

Trying to contact EE as we have a business contract with them. I hate being on the phone to a country I've never heard of!

 

Tried looking for a contact email but unable, I have found that you can contact them via Facebook or Twitter (which I don't want to do) and live chat is no more!

The live chat doesn't work anymore...

 

It's fine now for what I want it's not worth the amount of time it will take to do it.

I always include my account number in the subject field and email:

 

[email protected]

 

Automated responce within a short while but an actual responce can be next day - one of the reasons I am looking to change later in the year
