Freezing a secondary monitor.

Hey,

 

I've been looking everywhere to find some software that will allow my computer (which is hooked up to a monitor via HDMI to be able to be on the duplicate mode and have the second screen frozen (Like it just not moving kind of thing) I found one but it made it so I could only use the extend desktop mode.

 

I would prefer to use the duplicate as I don't have to drag things around to the classroom monitor.
