SIMS Exporting Marksheets to Excel

Hi

 

Having problems when exporting my Marksheets into Excel. It seems to bring up a previous Marksheet whether formatted or unformatted. If someone else is logged on and I access MY Sims from their workstation, it works fine but from my workstation under my own username and password it doesn't work. It just seems to stick at one marksheet. I think it may be a problem in excel.

Reinstalling Excel would test that. It could also be a corrupt template. Try clearing out your temporary folders, simstemp, or temprpt from your My Docs / user profile area.

You could test the other user, using SIMS on your workstation to see if it's Excel / the PC rather than a profile / file issue with SIMS.

A quicker thing to troubleshoot would be to reinstall SIMS, but also clear out the SIMS temp folders.
