There have been 2 pop up under our schools name that are unofficial and potentially damaging with what they are posting. There are a few young students following these accounts as well. Cheers,

Long story short, report it as a trademark infringement and also highlight the potential child protection risks. @elsiegee40 and @esafety_officer were particularly helpful, and pointed me towards the Professional Online Safety Helpline. Hope you get it sorted quickly. EDIT: Important!! Don't do what Instagram suggests (and what I did) and 'reach out' to whoever created the false accounts. Worst... mistake... ever!!!
