I am getting an error and upon checking the Application logs I can see the following:

Product: ActivInspire v2-- Error 1309. bossman Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 @loxford120 Have you tried exporting the application from the RMMC and copying to the temp directory on the laptop and running from there to see if it installs? If it does then you have the answer to your problem in that its the package repository on your server that has the wrong permissions on or the path is wrong, Have you tried allocating the package to another laptop or workstation to also verify that it could be the laptop?
loxford120 Posted May 20, 2016 Author Posted May 20, 2016 Thanks Bossman, I have Exported MSI and installed manually and getting the same error so assuming MSI has become corrupted. I have just re-created the MSI and then tried again manually but having the same error. I just cant locate any ocx file that I would assume to be linked with the MSI and there is certainly no System32 folder under the MSI, only a Program files and Common folder so confused as to the identity of the missing OCX file.
bossman Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 @loxford120 Do you have the activ inspire software from Promethean? What format is it in?
loxford120 Posted May 20, 2016 Author Posted May 20, 2016 https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9zVnhc8gQGKcWRBSnZEWHBURWs&usp=sharing I have uploaded the MSI I have. Promethean have said to download their latest V2.6 but just confused as to why its asking for OCX files in a CC4 client and and under a standalone computer that I tried its saying there are missing dlls. Funny thing is I managed to allocated via RMMC and install on 2 clients (laptop and workstation just a month ago). Might have to create from scratch a new V2.6 MSI and then test further.
bossman Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 (edited) @loxford120 Its the package, you don't have all of the folders structures such as the System32, Windows and translations with all the files related to these, I ran the msi as administrator on my workstation and it came up with the errors which you have encountered as it is looking for these files within those folder structures, Have you followed the Promethean guide on how to set it up as a network installation? https://support.prometheanworld.com/help-library/?q=Network+installation+guide+activ+inspire Edited May 20, 2016 by bossman
loxford120 Posted May 20, 2016 Author Posted May 20, 2016 Its pretty strange that the same MSI allocated successfully on two clients and now missing these folder structures. I will have to re-create the package again. Thanks for checking and confirming this.
