Windows 10 just a moment

I have created a Windows 10 image. Ran sysprep and took a copy using WDS.

 

When I push it to any machine it just sits on just a moment with a spinning circle. Any ideas?

 

I have unplugged the network cable still nothing. If I force a reboot it will load and say default user disabled and then let me login but as soon as it reboots again it goes back to just a moment.

My unattended file was the problem. I picked up the windows 7 one!
