Epson R3000 - Printing on to acetate

Hi there,

 

I had an issue today with a student who was printing into A4 acetate today without issue using the above printer but when she needed to print some stuff on to A3 acetate it just wasn't working.

 

Basically only a portion of the image was printed out.

 

I have had a look at the manual but there is no mention of acetate so was wondering if any of you fine Lords and ladies had any bright ideas about this.

 

What would be the alternative paper/media setting for printing on to acetate if acetate isn't listed as an option?
