Profile Manager not Binding to Active Directory using Computer Name

Anyone else using Profile Manager to bind their computers to Active Directory?

 

We used Profile Manager last year to bind all of our Macs/labs to Active Directory but now we have an issue where the Directory Utility is not using the "Computer Name" and instead using part of the computer SN#.

 

In Active Directory this has become a complete mess. This once worked smooth as it would use the ID from "Computer Name".

 

If I do it manually it will use the Computer Name but when Profile Manager pushes out the settings it uses part of the SN#.
