Custom Background Design

I'm attempting to design a background for my new Windows 10 Image, but I'm not computer-artistically gifted! I'm trying to use Paint.net and failing miserably.

 

So either:

 

- Suggest a better program to use!

 

OR

 

- Kindly show off your 'shopping skillz and design me one? *bats eyelids*

 

Ha!

 

Just for the laugh - here is my current 'effort'. I might have to resort to using publisher or powerpoint at this rate!

I went a little overboard for our machine, we have a desktop background, a separate login screen background, and I made a custom windows loading screen, but didn't use it in the end!

 

 

Send a brief and I'll see what I can do!

That looks scary as hell! Our school colours are blue and yellow, so it's almost already ok.

 

So far I have these ideas. One is terrible, the other is.... pap.

I don't think I can get away with 'showing off' my photoshop skills in work time, but check out DRM Media.

 

I studied media production and do quite a lot of design work (everything from 3D animations to photoshops and logo designs) in my free time. - I won't even charge you, as long as I get to use the finished product in my portfolio!

I tried, but couldn't seem to get it to play along with me...

You have to enable OEM Themes in registry and then replace a file somewhere or something...
