RLR Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 https://school.apple.com/#enrollment is now working. 3
RLR Posted April 28, 2016 Author Posted April 28, 2016 Ah, I didn't realise you automatically qualify if you're already signed up to other deployment programs.
dhicks Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Ah, I didn't realise you automatically qualify if you're already signed up to other deployment programs. When I sign in using our DEP login I get an error message saying that this ID can't be used. Is this simply the system not quite being ready yet, or am I doing something wrong? 1
RLR Posted April 29, 2016 Author Posted April 29, 2016 Yep, I'm getting the same message. I can't see Apple School manager as a role to assign on deploy.apple.com either.

robsonma Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 BUMP, Just hit this issue, Signed up and got an email from apple, Thank you for your interest in Apple School Manager. My name is Luis and I am contacting you regarding your enrollment for ******* Primary School. Your institution is already enrolled in the Device Enrollment Program, so you do not need to enroll separately in Apple School Manager. Your Apple Deployment Program Agent will soon see more information on deploy.apple.com about upgrading to Apple School Manager. To get your school ready, read about how you can prepare to upgrade to Apple School Manager at https://support.apple.com/HT206590. So if you have DEP and VPP then you have to wait for the option to appear it looks like, :-| Hoping to have a test/training ready for september! 1

I've been contacted by Apple asking for our deployment apple ids. This is so they can combine them into a single account for Apple school manager.
