Do you have a school app?

 

We are having great issues with ourschoolsapp -

 

They have the following problems

 

Find Schools near you - Not working - Postcode only - Support have said that they know this is not working

Calendar date not correct - Not going to be changed as this is an icon - whilst the demo said that it would change

<<…ack shown under news - Cannot fix - Common sense apparently!

Pull down not loading new information - Refresh is not possible with this app

No number above updated icon to show notification - How can users see where the notification is?

Pressing notification doesn’t take you into that section of the app

Simple app mode is not a viable option for a reception area as the school can be removed.

 

I would personally advise that no-one purchase the ourschoolsapp - this is also reflected in their App Store rating.

 

Has anyone ever used this company?

We use jigsawapps here, works well for what it's worth. Although with twitter, facebook, Website and texting service i'm not 100% sure it's needed. But at £300 a year its not expensive.
