it might actually be tough luck for the yanks for a change

Nintendo eShop codes can only be redeemed on Nintendo eShop in Europe and South Africa. They will not work on American or Japanese Wii U or Nintendo 3DS devices.

so how do these things even work it says more to come does that mean if i buy it now tough i should wait till the last few seconds like ebay or i willget the extra games even if i bought it now?

Yay!

If you pay more than the average and you should get them all. Been a while since I did that so if anyone can verify this it would be helpful.

I've always got all the extras, no matter when I paid. (They're added to your account when available). In my experience, the average price generally goes up, so you're better off buying sooner rather than later.

If the average is £5 when you purchase, you get all the named games + any later additions even if the average price later goes up to a higher level.

Yep, if you pay more than the average, you get all the games, even ones announced after you've bought the bundle.

You get links and then have to tie then to Nintendo Network ID by the looks of it.

You have to at least login with one before you can see more which I'm not going to do as I'm not sure which ones my Wii U and kids 3DS's use!

Yup, it's eshop codes.

Was a total PITA to do though as even though I'd linked my kids accounts to their 3ds I couldn't allocate the game to them.

After about 45 mins of head scratching and cursing Nintendo as all their accounts were setup correctly and associaed with their devices.

Turned out that unless you had run the eshop on the devices then you can't install software or even allocate it via the online process! Why on Earth had Nintendo made it a two stage process when you just have a single account which was already setup on the device!!!

Another example of Nintedos online processes failing the usability test.
