Office 365 - Forward / Alert for email out of hours/weekends

I've not been asked this before so it's got me a little stumped.

 

A member of staff would like to be alerted if specific people email them out of hours or on a weekend without having to see all other email in their mailbox. I have found a site that describes creating a rule that will forward email on to another address sent at a certain time, however I can't work out the weekend side of things.

 

If I can get a forwarding rule of some description created I could then setup a new mailbox to recieve these and then link that to a device somehow, it's just getting the mail there that's the problem.

 

Can anyone give me any hints?

Yeah, that was what I found for at certain times.

 

It's twigged now though that I just need to tweak the rule to look for the day at the beginning of the time stamp!
