Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

In Premiere Pro, if you have two clips that have been filmed on different cameras and subsequently at different resolutions, how can you make the sequence fit to both?

 

I've never had to do anything complex in here before, just drag the video in, tell it to auto adjust to the clip I'm bringing in, and carry on, but now this has thrown a spanner in the works. If i use it as it is one is either tiny and one normal, or the other way around one is normal and the other is massively zoomed in. So is there a way to force a clip to go down to the resolution of the smaller one?

 

EDIT: one is 1920 x 1080, the other is 720x576 >_< so ideally i need to make them both 720x576. I can use any video converter and change it that way, but surely adobe must have an easier method?

No, just cuts off the edges, but i think i've found the setting! There's a scale to fit option when i right click a clip in the sequence section, i think that's done the trick....i'll know tomorrow when i playback the DVD that was writing when i left, but from looking at the clip in encore i think that did the trick.
