Win10 - Other User logon name

Does anyone know of a way to remove/change the "Other User" text on the win10 logon screen.

 

Not sure what we want to change it to but we would like to know if it's possible and the method

The only time I've seen it removed is when you use a GPO to prompt for a username and password each time.
