UPS - Network Issue

Hi All,

 

I've just installed a network card into a APC UPS, initially it picked up an IP address through DHCP, however, I altered it to give it a static IP address.

Since it rebooted in order to change the IP address, I am unable to ping the new address or talk to it through the old address.

 

Any ideas?

You can use the ip thingy apc make to find it. It will scan your ip ranges for compatible cards

Thanks @Sagima will have a search around the web as the download on APC's website doesn't seem to be work.

if I recall correctly, once the IP has changed, you have to reboot the network interface from the old IP web interface for it to start responding on the new IP?
