Problems updating Win7 64-bit image on VM

We have been trying to update our Win7 64bit image on our server. We use VM and have been updating the 32bit image with no problems, but when updating our 64bit image we keep getting the same error.

We update the 64 bit image and sysprep . The VM machine turns off and we change the Bios setting to Legacy Network Adaptor and start the machine. Instead of giving us the option to Image Capture it just starts the windows install setup.

Even reverting the image back to the first version doesn't help. Any ideas?
