Hi,

I am trying to create a boot cd which will have diskpart as an option. Once the option is chosen, it would run diskpart and delete the partition. we are on RM CC4 network. We dont have the newest version of CC4 so the option to format drive isnt included in the build process. I would be grateful if anyone knows how to do this as we have close to 100 new computers to build - trying to make the process as simple as possible.

Thanks in advance,

We were in exactly the same position as you at 4pm last night!

However, although we use the WinXP/7 build disks, we do have the Win8 disks available in RMMC, so I added one of those to our PXE server.

Do you not have the Win8/WinPE 4.0 build disk showing in RMMC > Computers > Build > Build Disks? I thought everyone could build Win8, regardless of whichever OS your servers are running at?

Thanks for getting back. I am looking for something like hirens boot cd that will give me as one of the option to delete the partition automatically. Currently using windows 7 bootable usb to wipe the partition and then pxe booting.
