Smart Notebook 11 - why does touch not work on an ActivPanel?

Hello,

 

I am wondering if anyone can help explain why touch will not work when running Smart Notebook 11 on a Promethean ActivPanel? Smart Notebook 10 runs fine, with touch functioning, on an ActivPanel.

You need the correct driver for the board new drivers don't work correctly with old boards ring promethean and they will advise you

Thanks Ricki :-) I actually work for Promethean so have the right drivers, touch works fine outside of Notebook. I'm trying to help a school running Smart Notebook software on Promethean panels. Am wondering if it's a setting somewhere in Notebook 11... I put a post on here as a long shot, just incase anyone had ever had the same issue.

Is there any reason you are using NB11 specifically? Using any version of Smart Notebook on non-Smart hardware requires the purchase of an additional licence (with the possible exception of the online Smart Notebook Express). Surely it would make more sense to use the latest version of Smart Notebook, which is covered by the same licence and is actually designed to be used on a broader range of hardware (allegedly).
