Thanks Ricki :-) I actually work for Promethean so have the right drivers, touch works fine outside of Notebook. I'm trying to help a school running Smart Notebook software on Promethean panels. Am wondering if it's a setting somewhere in Notebook 11... I put a post on here as a long shot, just incase anyone had ever had the same issue. Thanks for taking the time to answer, much appreciated.

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help explain why touch will not work when running Smart Notebook 11 on a Promethean ActivPanel? Smart Notebook 10 runs fine, with touch functioning, on an ActivPanel. Thanks!
