JonThompson Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 I don't seem to be getting any email notifications for threads that I'm subscribed to. I'm getting notifications from the iOS Beta app, but no emails. I've checked my junk folder. Is there a problem with the new email service? Is anyone else having this issue?

elsiegee40 Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 Are you definitely subscribed with emails? If you subscribe through the app you only get notifications I think. It's an option with the web version

elsiegee40 Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 Yes. Some of the threads I posted to via the website and I was getting notifications through fine until Monday this week. Now nothing. Just tested it out and can confirm I'm getting the same. Instant notification via email isn't happening.

JonThompson Posted March 30, 2016 Author Posted March 30, 2016 Emails seem to be coming through now Yep. Same here. Maybe the email server overindulged over the bank holiday weekend, and it's now clearing the back log!
ZeroHour Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 We have been migrating to a new emailing system which is why o365 has occasionally stuck mail in the junk folder, I checked the logs and mails were sent to you and supposedly delivered. Do you have o365 and have you set your junk mail rules on the server/admin side to anything different from the defaults?

I just got an email about your reply, but the last one I received was at 12:44pm today.
