nicholab Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Acrobat has not activated and i trying to reactivarte cs5.5 I want to unserialise and then serialise the whole lot. I used adobe_prtk --tool=ReplaceSN --reserialize=MasterCollection-CS5-Win-GM --replacement= I get error code 12. I guessing I need to make a pseudo serial numbers from the trail? How do I find this?
SHimmer45 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 you need to add the serial number to what you have as an option or point to a prov.xml file which contains it i would suggest
nicholab Posted March 21, 2016 Author Posted March 21, 2016 The following command has worked on my test machine but it does not work on a classroom machine as there seems to be a difference. I am think it to do with licences language not applying correctly. adobe_prtk --tool=ReplaceSN --serialize=MasterCollection-CS5.5-Win-GM --serial=
SHimmer45 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 does specifying the locale make a difference at all?
nicholab Posted March 21, 2016 Author Posted March 21, 2016 I have got the en_GB.mst as one of the transforms being applied. It is a poor package as if you put the S/N it does not work but when you use the use interface it will take the CS suite S/N.
SHimmer45 Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 i had the same issue with CS6 the transform had the serial key but i would still need to license it using ptrk exe. i run the following on the machines after deployment. adobe_prtk.exe --tool=Serialize --leid=DesignWebSuitePremium-CS6-Win-GM --serial="serial_key" [email protected] --eulaaccept --eulasuppress
