projector repairs

Hi,

 

Has anyone had any dealing with Projector Repairs and Service in the UK | ukprojectorservice.co.uk I arranged for a projector repair last week, today they should have collected it and nobody has.

 

also phone just rings out, last time I rang I got a chap who spoke very little English so alarm bells are starting to ring.

I have not have not heard of that firm. I have used a firm and have put customers in touch with this firm TP Matrix Projector Repairs, Acer, Sanyo Projector repairs

thanks Anthony, we used TP Matrix quite a bit but, on the last occasion they diagnosed a EB-450W as having no fault (previously similar issues were put down to the ballast and Iris) they returned it and we have found it still has a fault. They also said if we were to send it back to them with the same fault we would still have the £50 carriage fee. We will probably use them again but we would like a backup.
