When I first got my SSD i was able to disk speed check it at over 500MB/s and at some point down the line either a Fujitsu BIOS Update and or Windows 10 Install has screwed me over and now I am bottle necking at 250MB/s. The culprit seems to be the fact that either my BIOS or Windows is setting both my internal disks to be 3.0GB/s not 6.0GB/s; see attached photos. Anybody have any ideas or have experienced this themselves?

Change made to ensure that SATA speed negotiation is not performed upon exiting of Device Sleep Is the negotiated speed set to 3.0Gb/s when you do a cold boot? Does disabling fast startup make any difference?
danrhodes Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Hi Arthur, some great ideas there, yes its a lifebook A544 with all the latest drivers and OS. RST Installed and the app works fine and shows the disks are connected at 3.0GB/s the MX200 is on the latest MU3 firmware. Yes from either cold boot or reboot the speed is set at 3.0GB/s
danrhodes Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Quick Update, I have since re-installed Windows a few times and done various other fixes. I have also since installed a Windows 7 x64 VM on Hyper-V. the results are attached, and its not good, it looks as though its Windows 10 throttling back.
