[OFFICE -365] Posting new templates to office 365 for all Staff to used.

I have been asked by the school to create a document library of templates within sharepoint for all staff to use - so far so good on that front. However leadership have noticed that when they open word in office 365 they are presented with a series of templates and would like ours to be there in place of the office standard templates, for all staff across the school.

 

Any way to do this?
