[sims] Extract photo of a leaver from 3 years ago?

I'm using the salamandar soft photoexport.exe utility and i get lots of photos exported but there's one specific photo the head is after of a student who left (and is about to leave again from a staff position) that we want to export. Anyone know if/how this is possible?

 

EDIT: actually, the quality is shocking, so even if i can extract it it's going to be just as bad quality as a screenshot would be. Doing a bit of photoshop doctoring to improve that instead. Ignore
